Pi Kapp Phi was NEVER a Top 5 frat at UConn it was bottom tier fighting with DTD/Delt for being the worst frat on campus. Pi Kapp was so bad that the only frat that even bothered merging with them was DTD. Even Alpha Sig and TKE didn’t wanted to merge with them. Even after merging unofficially with DTD they are still Bouse 😭
