As someone who was also in this sorority 10 years ago, you sound like a ****ing loser. Unfortunately, every recruitment has a lemon and it seems like it was you. Yeah, like most large groups, there are smaller groups that gravitate towards each other based on personality, background, and interests. That’s not a crime and extremely normal human behavior. In my experience, those cliques all came together as a larger sisterhood. We all got along, supported, and looked out for each other. You already told on yourself by admitting that you didn’t give people outside of your immediate group a chance and maybe that’s why the other girls felt your weird negative energy and you didn’t have a great experience in the larger group. Also, calling the girls a “facade” of sisterhood when you’re not even currently in the chapter is wild and disingenuous at best. You get out what you put in and it doesn’t seem like you made an attempt to put in anything other than your own judgmental attitude. Here 10 years later hating on girls with an average age of 20. Get a life.
