Agree - reneging on the house build before finally coming through with it was a huge black eye for them. I'm glad the national org came back around and made it right. But they'd be 1.5 years further along now if nationals had done the right thing at the right time. Any national org who plans to come on at State or Ole Miss should commit to a house build inside of 5 years before even being chosen to colonize on one of those campuses. Bottom line: no sorority will even sniff at long term, sustained success without a house.
