BAD INFO

Poster Message:
COB is not permitted until 24 hours after bids are distributed. No one gets a COB in time to go to bid day. COB is dependent on the new Total, which is not set until after bid matching. Whatever Total was last academic year does not apply in fall. COB is not Snap Bidding. Snap Bidding is not related to Total, only Quota. Moms and other old ladies - get off here and stop spreading BAD INFORMATION.
