Yeah, bragging about a "staggered quota" is hilarious. There is no such thing on a regular basis. The only recent years there was a varied quota was when they were trying to help Alpha Chi get started and that was over after 2023. If Chi O is trying to brag about that, then they're really reaching for something to tout - lol
