You know what a "target" is right? That's when the owner wants it done. So yeah, that "target" will definitely be listed as summer 2026. Why wouldn't it be? That's what they have to say. And please note that a construction completion does not mean "move in ready." Completed construction just means that interior finishes can start = moving furniture, decor, etc. We will see the real & true story unfold when housing contracts have to be signed for the KD House Corporation to occupy rooms in the Fall of 2026. If they are willing to bet on a Fall 2026 occupancy, and think there's a chance they will not have rooms ready by then, they will have to have a contingency plan in place and made available to house dozens of women for an entire semester (or more). So that info should be coming by December or January at latest.
