You can look it up on Ethos Contracting Group, LLC Facebook where they give the target finish time to be summer 2026. I’m sure that this unaffiliated contacting group did not care how it would affect their recruitment, they just gave that estimated timeline. Essentially half of the house is being built so it’s not even a full brand new house, hence the quick timeline. Also, they built azalea hall in a little over a year and it is like four times as big as the new Kd house will be.
