AXO colonized in 2020, and fully participated in recruitment in 2022. 2025 marks their 4th year in full participation with formal recruitment. I’m not anti-sorority. I’m pro-truth. No bitterness here & no fault-finding. This is factual information. Sorry if it hurts your feelings, but truth is not subjective and facts don’t care about your feelings. It’s unfortunate that AXO’s nationals pulled the rug out from under them in the fall of 2023 by reneging on the promise they made to build a house by 2024. As truth would have it, they didn’t even break ground until recently (2025) and at the rate they’re going it won’t be ready for occupancy this time next year. So they won’t be recruiting out of it until August 2027. Their nationals really screwed them. And it’s not the chapter’s fault. They’re working hard. It’s just absolute murder to try and compete alongside groups with big, beautiful houses. AXO will get there. They’re just not there yet, which makes recruitment and retention extremely challenging
