I think it's important to realize two things. 1. A house cannot move up unless another house falls, but that doesn't mean these houses that you consider "bottom dwellers" aren't improving based on where they started out. Our bottom tier is stronger than they were five years ago. 2. I think she was talking about making COB shameful for the PNM's. Some girls who COB feel as though they're not real sister and that's something we need to combat.
