1. My theory is that Delta got rid of all of their grade risks which is why their numbers are so low this time around. The reason they're not COBing is because they can petition PHA to exclude them for the Fall so they can sort their grades out after expelling the grade risks. It's more common than you think and explains why Delta isn't COBing even though they need to. 2. I'd say it's about 50/50 but given the choice, girls go APhi over DG 3. Kappa is solid, ADPi is where the girls who got cut from Theta go. 4. Pi Phi is weird. Super desired, super well liked, top three without a doubt but they don't do much? They have a type and it works so I'm not one to question it. 5. AXO is on pace to replace ADPi in about five years. They're on a roll.
