These are the houses that are under 300 girls - - Delta (33 girls under) - SK (1 girl under) - DG (16) - Sigma (75 under) So how does this affect COB? It looks like these houses are the only houses that can take girls given the new rule. So it seems Sigma is your best bet to COB because they're hurting numbers wise, followed by Delta and then DG. I doubt SK will COB if they can only take one girl. My advice is starting hitting up your Delta or DG friends if you're looking to COB because SK probably won't put out the effort for just one addition and Sigma will take just about anyone.
