"2. GPhi has never been popular for having good grades, they've been popular for other reasons. One of the reasons APhi was considered middle tier and not bottom because they consistently outdid bottom tier houses in grades and that's not the case anymore" Last semester they were second to last. they've never had good grades?? At least this semester they're above phi mu which they weren't before. Outdoing a single bottom house isn't "outdoing bottom tier"
