How is it that aphi gets bottom three in grades and everyone wants to put them in low mid tier or bottom tier now, while Gphis grades have always sucked (and still suck), and a few loonies want to make them top tier? After all the scandals, the poor retwntion, the lack of involvement, and the piss poor grades... WHY THE HELL ARE WE PUTTING GPHI IN TOP??!! Makes no sense. No sense at all.
