ALL of the grades are not THAT far apart. In order to really determine TRUE gpa(and since they are fairly close enough this is irrelevant) but you would have to do a break down on majors, difficulty of classes, etc. If a sorority was sitting with a 2.8, that would be a different story. Rumors fly about girls being bullied to drop, etc because their grades aren't up to par in certain houses. Rumors fly about houses not ACCURATELY reporting numbers, members etc. When ALL of those gpa's are that close this topic is meaningless. The poster who said SO much more factors in to tiers, other than grades, is absolutely correct. You get a handful of girls coming in seeking out 'top gpa' houses. And how could we even say a house is well rounded if that is all they are known for? Most girls I know wanted a house where they felt comfortable as opposed to a house that had a slightly better gpa than the others. really thought after all of this talk of 'grades' that we would see a few houses sitting at a 3.8-these grades are too close to count-especially when some of those 'top grade houses' are sitting with some pretty easy majors(and that is a FACT)!
