I put delta low on the list because of the recent mishap, usually girls would have prefed Delta over APhi. That listing was primarily because their poor rentention rate this year. As for ADPi and Kappa, my friends in more social houses like APhi wouldn't be caught dead in. They're just totally different houses, can you see any APhi types having said damn I wish ADPi would've kept me around? ADPi also has consistently terrible retention rates so that's why I put them low on the list. If you don't agree make your own list with your own criteria.
