Everything but the top tier is in order and here are my reasonings. 1. AXO: Grades have always been on the upswing and you seriously cannot join a club on campus without running into an AXO. They're smart, driven, well involved and getting cuter by the day. So they're upper middle. 2. Delta: 267 girls? There's trouble in Delta-land and their retention is showing it. Dropping in grades, the girls aren't as cute which was their claim to fame. They've really let Pi Phi and AXO outshine them. 3. Zeta: Improved their grades and attitudes, better showing in competitions. I can't justify lumping them in with our two worst houses on campus (Sigma and Phi Mu) and our newest house (SK) any longer. They've fought hard and earned middle tier. 4. APhi: Bad grades, bad attitudes, bad showing in competitions, just bad. They had a niche of being laid back cool girls and when they lost that, the quality went down hill.
