are you mentally slow? quota and total are two different things. everyone made quota. someone very capably explained total adjustments above but you apparently can't read. gphi had one spot available after total was adjusted and they gave it to a girl who was well known to many members. this is hardly the mass cob you are talking about. they are a top house so get over it. oh and tri-delt is cobing right now, so much for your theory.
