It's really a choice best left up to the PNM. If living in a sorority house is important to you, then I would choose DG only as a last resort. But if you like everything else about DG, then maybe living in the house shouldn't be your top priority. You know, if DG were smart they would let this year's pledge class have first choice whether to live in the house when it is finished, and then fill in with next year's pledge class. Sophomores can always live in the dorm an extra year and they actually could group together and live together in the same dorm close to greek town until they get their chance to live in the house. I didn't really bond with my sisters until we lived together and had the whole sorority experience in the house, but maybe DG has a plan to work on pledge class unity.
