Just like most houses when rebuilding, you either tear down your entire house and sabotage yourself for recruitment, or you wait until a lot opens up. A friend of mine in Aphi told me that APhi has been trying to get the house inbetween them and Pike for a while now. Also DG would be smart to put in an underground parking garage and expand back in their lot -- they have no room to the right or left of them with APhi and ChiO's lots.
