There is not a person I know (and I am in a top tier house) that wouldn't take ADPi and even AXO over GPhi and DG. I understand GPhis and DGs are trying hard to promote themselves before rush, but let's be honest,. they are solidly middle tier while the Top 6 are PiPhi, TriDelt, ChiO, Theta, ADPi and Kappa. These are the house with the toughest grade cuts and these are the houses that people pref above the others. GPhi has a long way to go and, frankly, has been going in the wrong direction lately. DG is gaining ground, but there is a reason the most selective houses get who they want.
