Mid tier and top tier should be split into 2 because there's just different levels of popularity and overall what a sorority has to offer. UPPER TOP TIER: Pi phi, Delta, chi o - overall the best houses LOWER TOP TIER: Kappa, theta, adpi - really really great houses, but aren't as popular/desired as the other three UPPER MID TIER: APhi, AXO, - APhi has everything but grades, AXO is very well balanced would say a lesser version of adpi or chi o LOWER MID TIER: DG, GPHI - popular and social, but don't offer much else. However, i do think DG has been improving and is on their way up
