Nope. Can't happen unless 1. PHA and its delegates vote to open for expansion 2. Mizzou puts itself on the official NPC bulletin that it is open 3. ALL NPC sororities not currently at Mizzou (there are 26 total, so 11 aren't here) get a chance to submit a packet about why they should be chosen, and DZ chooses to submit 4. PHA and its delegates vote on which ones get to come to visit, and DZ is one of the ones chosen 5. 3 or so of them come to campus and visit and give presentations 6. PHA and its delegates vote on which one to choose, and they choose DZ. Want a new sorority or two at Mizzou? Talk to your PHA delegate.
