Can’t say who, but there will be chapters that do COB now and in the spring. They should keep an eye on the PHA website and socials if they are interested in that. Seeing that these people decided they would rather drop than return to whatever chapters they had remaining, it may not be exactly who they want COBing this fall. What happens now? Classes start and people move on- greek life stops feeling like the most important thing in the world after recruitment ends.
