I went through recruitment last year and on the last day I had what some people would think is a good house, and also one of those superficial houses that choose based on looks alone. I just couldn't see myself in the superficial house, so I suicided the good house and didn't get it. I wound up with nothing. My fault I know. Now as a soph I am trying again, this time with a 4.0 and some leadership and volunteer responsibilities my freshman year. Be honest. Is this a waste of everyone's time or do I have a chance of getting into a good house?
