I don't know where Tish gets info regarding Phi Kap maybe heading for probation and sanctions again. However, it wouldn't surprise anyone. These guys have a habit of being their own worst enemies. She is right though about Pikes and KAs having much better parties. And "Wow" might be just a bit naive in thinking that Phi Kap could take over as "funnest" house.
