The drop rate isn't always about happiness. Many girls pay for their own sorority experience and it may become too difficult to balance school and a job. Grades are also an issue. Some get placed on probation for grades and sometimes they just can't bring it up. Some weren't that committed. Some don't want to attend meetings etc and end up not having points to live in, attend socials etc. Girls move off campus and become distanced from their house. Girls transfer. Study abroad. Change majors...... I can only speak about the girls I know and they just don't drop. They are happy. I can't call it a flaw of the house if only some people leave. The sorority experience is totally what you make it. If you don't like something in your house, you always have the ability to become involved in leadership and propose changes.
