Honestly, rankings don't matter that much every fraternity parties, some more than others, find a fraternity where you feel the most welcome/at home and you'll never feel like you made a mistake. Generally the bigger/nicer the house the more stuff that fraternity is gonna do because everyone wants to be apart of the "new" house. Old/New Row isn't that big of a deal anymore. Find somewhere you fit, like and you'll have a good four years. If you're actually worried about rankings then you may be joining for the wrong reasons.
