Phi Mu and Kappa and ZTA are under construction now. Phi Mu and Kappa will complete construction and move in this summer. ZTA will then move into the swing house occupied by Phi Mu and stay there one semester. ZTA's new house will be completed and move in will be December 2016. AOII and Pi Phi are the next round. Both will build from September 2016 to December 2017. DZ is after that. Builidng from February 2017 to July 2018. I believe DZ will move into the swing house being vacated by ZTA and AOII will move into the swing house being vacated by KKG. Believe that Pi Phi will use the German House compound (which is where ZTA is this year) when they are under construction.
