the machine could have backed a junior (rising senior) who has 3 years of experience for president of SGA but instead they picked a sophomore (rising junior) who is less qualified BUT they will be able to hold that over her head the whole next year just as they do with younger VPs on sga exec and younger Senators. Roth seems nice enough but it is very clear what is happening here.
