Rush Chair, your own sorority probably has a lot of resources to help you. Be sure to carefully read any manuals that came with your office. They may even be able to send a specially trained alumna to help with your recruitment workshops. We do a first one in January or early February for newer members, then a weekend-long, all-member session in March or early April. All the things you ask about should be covered thoroughly. And practice! Practice! Practice! Rotation (bump) groups, songs, conversation. People will hate you for making them practice, but if they practice enough, they will be able to sing, make introductions, and talk smoothly and without hesitation.
