It means nothing. It's a thing people say if their chapter is weak at their school. They want to make themselves look like a better house so they say they're not good here but they're great nationally. I noticed that Alpha Phi has made that claim many times on here. So there you go. Not good here, but here is the only place that matters because this is where you go to school.
