"Best on new row"? Not sure I've ever seen those words together in a sentence. Now, I have to admit, I've never talked to a new row person (unless I'm ordering them to do something). And I'm not sure where I heard this but I understand that most people that come from the north make their own shoes out of the bark from Water Maples and soybean husks. In fact, is there any truth to the rumor that in order to graduate from HS up north, you have to render a hog in the dark with a set of pliers and a spatula? How does that even happen? Anyway, just like ratings of new row houses, not sure it matters.
