AGD is a top group at Bama. Bear Bryant's wife was an AGD....now his great-granddaughters are AGDs. Being an AGD legacy will only get you a second look when they're going through recs. They can't invite back all legacies to second round - they could fill a couple or three pledge classes with just legacies. If you were a granddaughter of a founder of the Alabama chapter, then you might get a pass. I doubt you'd get much attention as the granddaughter of the founder of another chapter. BUT - it might pique a little attention (in a good way) so be sure your recs have that info. Good luck!
