1) Tiers are strictly the opinion of the person. There is no actual way to determine tiers or rankings or anything else. The sorority that one person hates is the sorority that another person absolutely adores. 2) There is much, much, much more to a sorority than looks. In fact, one could argue that looks are among the least important things about a chapter. Things like philanthropy, sisterhood, campus/community involvement, and academics are so much more important than how hot the sisters are. Because even hotness is subjective.
