KD AGD DDD (not as difficult if you are wealthy and conservative) / Kappa (not as difficult if you are wealthy and partier) Phi Mu (not as difficult if you are pretty) / AXO (not as difficult if you are smart/involved in HS) KD, AGD, and DDD are "first circle" so they are known to recruit strongly in-state. Kappa is not "first circle" but they also have a lot of wealthy in-state girls. The only reason I'd say that Kappa and DDD don't have as many in-state girls as AGD is because Kappa and DDD have strong chapters in states outside Alabama whereas AGD is unknown in a lot of other states. So top girls from OOS would have heard about Kappa and DDD and not so much about AGD and decide to go Kappa/DDD instead.
