I was lucky. I kept getting invited back and I pledged my first choice. And one member who rushed me at several parties, became my big sis! They related to my artsy style and made me feel it was okay to not be the super sorority stereotype. I felt comfortable there (although still nervous during rush). I was inspired to contribute my talent and be a part of something very exciting.
