@in other words That's true to an extent, but new members get to wear letters and the badge on day 1 and are recognized as brothers with full privileges. The only thing they don't learn until Epsilon is completed is the full Ritual. Bunch of B.S. if you ask me. BM is a liability to our fraternity. We need to go back to being a traditional chapter even if it means going underground. Our nationals can suck it.
