Here's how it is, the top new row houses are Theta Chi, Pike, Sigma Chi, ATO, and Pi Kapp. They are all big houses on University and you would have a great college experience at each. Theta Chi has been killing it and is popular with a lot of girls. Pike has a good amount of athletes and is pretty wild, popular with ZTA and Aphi. Sigma Chi is rebounding from trouble last year. Fun guys from all over. Seem to hang with Pi Phi the most. ATO is knocked by other guys but they are good dudes and girls like them. Pi Kapp can't say too much about.
