This is clearly a matter of opinion but in my opinion, based pretty much solely on quality of parties and members...On average, old row still is much better considering how many fraternities we have but the top new row fraternities are basically just as good as old row now. Top Tier: Theta Chi Sigma Chi Pi Kapp ATO Upper middle tier: Pike Kappa Sig Lambda Chi Delta Chi DTD Lower middle tier: Sig Ep AKL Beta Phi Sig I may have missed one or two lower tier socially relevant fraternities but there's my opinion and all of the ones i've listed so far are at least mediocre fraternities. The rest of the fraternities may be the right fit but aren't socially prominent at all on campus.
