If I am interested in trying to join a sorority through COB, when should I submit the form? I know most who COB will do so in the spring, but is it better to submit the form now or wait? As in would there be a chance in being contacted before next semester? Also, if I am a freshman, what would I fill in for the GPA blank (first semester freshman-don't have one yet)? And if I would like to send recs, how/when would I do that if I don't know who is participating until I'm (hopefully) contacted by them?
