Depends on the house. Remember, Spring Teas come after the Preview, so unless you are connected to a house and can get on "the list" through connections, you really need to contact the recruitment team at the sorority and express interest. This is particularly important if you will not being going to the Preview. But don't get your feelings hurt if you don't get invited to all houses. Several try to be fairly exclusive from the start and they are very picky about who gets on the list. They will usually only go with those with home-town and alum connections, legacies, and girls that show up at Preview and had something particularly impressive about them (on what criteria, who knows, it depends).
