I heard regarding chapter totals, a few top tier are at/below chapter total (390) now, but they will not COB. Also heard some middle tier like ADPi, APhi, DZ and ZTA were right around the 390. All houses will loose some from fall to spring. ADPi only occassionally COBs so they won't unless they loose a bunch. ZTA does participate in COB more often, but I have not heard whether they will given their house is under construction. DZ and ADPi are more likely too if under 390 come January. I hadn't heard anything about DG, but others on this post seem to think they might.
