If they're your friends, it doesn't matter how old you are. As long as they vouch for you and convince their sisters to do so, then you will be fine. But that depends on how good of friends you are with these people. I know a girl who was a junior and got Phi Mu because her best friend in the entire world was a Phi Mu and she also was very pretty with great grades and lots of recs. but I also know juniors who only had "casual" acquaintances in a few houses who had a rough recruitments. It depends on you as a person and the type of connections you have. Honestly, you really need to get this whole tier system out of your head. That's what makes people have "bad" recruitments. If you like a house, like it because you feel like you fit in--not because what people say about it. A sorority should not be about a popularity contest.
