How exactly does COB work? I know the basic, you get invited to events and the house decides if they want you, thing. But am wondering about specifics. When/how are you notified of which groups are participating in COB? And will a group contact you directly if interested? How long does it typically take for them to contact you, and are most people even contacted? Do you need letters of rec for COB? Thanks!
