I'm so happy you've decided to rush!!! you won't find a better experience anywhere else, although the process is overwhelming it's all with it!! I can't stress enough how amazing it's been and I'm only a freshman! so, my biggest piece of advice is to start early. don't wait to get recs until the late spring before they're due. go ahead and start thinking of women you can ask -- friends of your mom, your friend's mom, and you can also at Alabama ask girls for recs that are currently in a sorority (AT OTHER SCHOOLS) another tip that helped me out so much was to socialize with the current actives. we love it!! now, don't be clingy or try too hard but when you get accepted start posting on the Alabama group Facebook page, we notice who is rushing! and more than likely will reach out. also, don't be a friend to send friend request / Insta follows!! with there being close to 3000 girls you have to make yourself stand out! all in all, IT WILL WORK OUT. it always works out.
