They are very image conscious, which means that they do put a lot of restrictions and pressure on their members to look and act like perfect, beautiful Southern belles. Used to have a high GPA as well, but we'll have to see if that's going to be a trend for them. Honestly it's very much a personality (and appearance) fit - are you willing to manage yourself in order to become a Barbie? Or is that too much pressure? For a lot of girls going to Bama, they've been beautiful and popular their whole life (kind of Regina George) and so they want to join an image conscious sorority with other beautiful, popular girls. It's just whatever YOU are comfortable with.
