Sigma Chi From there it gets pretty easy with not much debate (unless you want to put ATO above Pi Kapp and Sigma Chi) though I'm not in a Jefferson house, so take this part with a grain of salt. DTD After that the fraternities just don't have as many parties/big parties or they aren't as recognized by the others. Of the ones I know a little of, Delta Sig had a big party or two last year, Sig Ep used to be one of the better houses on campus (half a decade ago mind you), Sigma Pi apparently has some decent guys this year, and Chi Phis aren't bad.
