Definitely things are changing and bottom houses are getting the real quality girls from oos and our usual top houses are getting the sometimes less qualified instate girls that they always get. I would predict that on greek rank the ranks will stay the same because alums do the most ranking on this site and they're not even aware of reality. ha ha
