There are tons of posts about Bama Rush, what's required (grades/activities/community service/RECS/legacy/personality/conversation topics/polished appearance/keeping an open mind etc), what not to do or say, what to do if you're released or don't get your top choice, the importance of recs, and lots of stories from actual PNMs who went through Bama Recruitment. There are many National Officers, influentual alumnae, actives, NMs, and PNMs there to learn from and ask for advice. So, I would go there to get a head start. But please keep asking us questions here as well because we love answering them and helping you out!!!
