Most chapters will still be above chapter total even if everyone votes to approve total to 390. I would not count on many houses to do any type of cob in the fall--especially the houses that took larger pledge classes this fall. Five to ten houses will probably do it in the spring. And honestly, some houses are only two or three weeks away from initiation. They aren't about to take more new girls because then they have to pretty much have two separate pledge classes in the same semester.
